What You’ll Be Doing:
We are hiring a Sr Analyst to join our Pricing team. The candidate selected for this role will be part of a team that thrives on driving analysis to support the most complex financial decisions related to our fastest growing segment of clients.
Collaboration Opportunities:
The Sr Analyst, Pricing works closely with many departments across the organization, including Growth, Analytics, Operations, and other Finance teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain pricing models & assist with model improvements
- Produce reports & other regular deliverables as required by the business
- Ensure documentation stays up to date & work to improve its format
- Develop retrospective learning process & templates
- Support standardized processes, templates, and collateral for key pricing activities
- Engage in ad hoc financial analyses for the Pricing team
Qualifications – Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting or another quantitative field
- At least 2 years of experience working in a Finance-related field
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with a consultative approach to financial modeling
- Extraordinarily detail oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to formulate and communicate your own solutions to tactical problems
- Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of identifying insights from financial information and translating into business analytics and recommendations
- Candidate who thrives with growth-driven changes
- Familiarity with U.S. Health System and financial elements, not required, but preferred
- Familiarity with risk and non-risk pricing/contracting, strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of GAAP, preferred

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $85,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.Skills Required
