Summary:

In this role, you will perform complex analyses that support clients across a variety of business needs. You will conduct financial analyses, including pricing, rebates, and administrative fees, to identify savings opportunities and deliver actionable insights. You will leverage advanced data analysis techniques to solve complex requests, manage projects, interpret reports, and collaborate with department leadership, team members, and internal clients in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics projects by creating data sets, coordinating ad hoc analyses, and resolving data anomalies.

  • Analyze pharmacy purchase order line-item data to evaluate product utilization, pricing, and cost using data mining, benchmarking, contract application, and cross-referencing techniques.

  • Communicate savings opportunities and cost reduction initiatives to Client Managers and Client Executives through reports, presentations, meetings, and individual consultations.

  • Consult with Client Managers and Client Executives to gather business requirements and determine appropriate analytical solutions.

  • Identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights based on established standards.

  • Manage month-end close reporting for key Provista accounts.

  • Design and develop charts, graphs, tables, dashboards, and reports that support findings and recommendations.

  • Perform complex financial analyses involving pricing, rebates, and administrative fees to identify client savings opportunities.

  • Interpret data and reports to support business decisions and recommend process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytical initiatives and adapt to evolving business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.

  • Working knowledge of SQL required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and presentation skills preferred.

  • Experience working with pharmacy, distribution, or healthcare data preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet rigorous deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
