We are looking for Denver-based candidates!
At DaVita, being the "Partner of Choice" is central to our mission. The Partner Engagement team is at the forefront of this mission, working to deliver an exceptional experience for our provider partners. As the field of nephrology undergoes a profound transformation, our team is responsible for deepening our understanding of provider needs and aligning our clinical, operational, and technological capabilities to ensure DaVita remains the preferred provider partner. The Partner Engagement lane works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, financial, IT, and compliance. The team is made up of highly motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical experience.
The Senior Analyst, Partner Engagement, will serve as a core contributor to the team by continuously identifying, consolidating, maintaining, and analyzing internal and external data related to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and the practices they support. This role will be the analytical right hand to Partner Engagement leadership, integrating quantitative data, qualitative research, market intelligence, operational inputs, and provider. Strong quantitative and Excel skills will enable the analyst to turn this evidence into decision-ready analyses, reports, and executive presentations while clearly communicating limitations and open questions.
