Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Operations serves as a key operational partner supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across Oak Street Health. This role manages the day-to-day intake, coordination, tracking, and reporting of creative projects while helping ensure marketing deliverables are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and compliant with organizational requirements.

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Sr. Analyst acts as a central point of coordination between marketing stakeholders, creative teams, legal, clinical, and compliance partners. This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and visibility across workstreams.
 

Core ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Project Management
  • Project Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the marketing project management platform (Asana), including project intake, task creation, timeline management, and workflow maintenance.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate creative projects from intake through delivery, ensuring stakeholders, creative teams, and reviewers remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively communicate timeline changes or resource constraints.

  • Resource & Priority Support: Support project prioritization and resourcing efforts by maintaining accurate project data and reporting.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify project requirements, gather feedback, and ensure requests are actionable and complete.

Reporting & Operational Support

  • Performance Reporting: Maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools that provide visibility into project volume, team capacity, turnaround times, and operational performance.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze project and resource data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Portfolio Reporting: Maintain portfolio-level reporting and provide regular updates to marketing leadership on project status, workload, and team performance.

Creative Reviews & Compliance Management  

  • Creative Quality Review: Review creative deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements before stakeholder review.

  • Compliance Coordination: Manage legal, clinical, and compliance review workflows to ensure marketing materials receive required approvals prior to deployment.

  • Feedback Management: Consolidate stakeholder feedback and translate revisions into clear, actionable direction for creative teams.

Process Improvement

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, communication processes, and project management practices to increase efficiency.

  • Workflow Optimization: Support the implementation of new tools, automations, and workflow enhancements that improve team operations and stakeholder experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working within project management systems (Asana preferred) and workflow tools.

  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and review groups.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational Expertise: Experience managing and coordinating complex workflows.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, dependencies, and priorities.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
