What You'll Bring:

University graduate with a degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines.

5+ years' experience on application support or application development.

Proficiency in Windows, Unix, JavaScript and Shell script.

Have Oracle and PostgreSQL database experience.
-
Experience in software development in JAVA.
-
Solid communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English.

Able to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated, reliable, intelligent, diligent, and possess good problem-solving skills.

Mature, initiative, outgoing, and a good team player.
-
7x24 support operations (including holidays) and non-office hour customer communication.

Remedy ticket management to meet HK SLA requirements.

Report preparation to internal business users.
Impact You'll Make:

Experience with Ms-Sql databases is an advantage.

Experience with Splunk is preferred.
-
Exposure to AWS / Azure cloud platforms is a plus.

Solid knowledge and know-how in supporting .NET Framework/Java, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and operation management technology.

Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes, tooling, and Docker technology.

Adaptable and proactive integrity, with a collaborative mindset.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
