The Sr. Analyst I, Workday Adaptive Financial Systems is responsible for assisting with maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning, supporting end users and helping to build additional functionality.“Preferred experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable EPM planning technologies (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, Planful, NetSuite, OneStream)” .
-Hands-on experience with at least one major EPM Planning platform:
-Workday Adaptive Planning
-Oracle Hyperion Planning / Essbase
-Anaplan
-OneStream
-Planful, Netsuite Planning, Tagetik, IBM TM1, or similar tools
- Support users and troubleshoot issues.
- Create and maintain existing reports within Adaptive Planning.
- Maintain user security within Adaptive Planning.
- Run data integrations between Adaptive Planning and Workday, others.
- Maintain Account, Levels, Dimensions & Attributes in Adaptive Planning.
- Assist with the build of new sheets and functionality within Adaptive Planning.
- Assist with the maintenance of existing sheets and formulas.
- Utilize Adaptive Planning to create efficiencies within the organization.
- Lead internal training and assist users with OfficeConnect.
- Travel up to 10% annually.
- Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
- 4+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning administration, implementation, and integrations.
- 4+ years of Finance experience, with an active knowledge of financial planning, workforce management, GAAP, and revenue recognition.
- Workday Adaptive Planning Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of: Designing, developing, testing, and delivering Workday Adaptive models. Workday integrations. Administration of Adaptive Planning. Strong proficiency with a variety of analytics tools and resources.
- Skill in: Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent organizational skills and expertise managing multiple large projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking acumen. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both oral and written.
- Ability to: Manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Convert complex information into understandable and persuasive oral and written presentations. Meet multiple deadlines across a variety of initiatives with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Apply expertise and knowledge to improve efficiencies of processes and/or teams. Find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems. Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand goals, translate those into business requirements, and design and execute analyses that drive actionable insights.
