Job Overview:

Reporting to the VP Business Resiliency for the firm, the Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Resiliency is responsible for supporting the enterprise resiliency strategic vision and initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will contribute to, and provide hands-on support for the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Firm’s comprehensive enterprise resiliency business continuity operations programs. The person in this role will lead efforts in translating program requirements for the business unit resiliency partners into actionable activities to establish or improve business continuity processes and controls, including business impact analyses, risk assessments, BCP testing, BCP quality reviews, supplier resiliency and provide crisis management support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to Enterprise Resiliency policy, strategies, plans, and playbooks.
  • Establishes working relationships with key business partners to understand business processes and provides support to drive Business Continuity Lifecycle activities such as the development and maintenance of business unit business continuity plans and execution of plan testing.
  • Contributes to and provide resiliency training to support firm preparedness.
  • Executes program controls to detect resiliency risk issues, documents risk, recommends corrective actions and mitigating controls.
  • Upon demand, ad hoc which may occur after business hours, supports crisis monitoring and response to, actual or potential business disruptions as they surface.
  • Supports the creation, implementation, testing and execution of crisis response playbooks and business continuity plans.
  • Provides report and impact assessment support to Enterprise Resiliency leaders during business interruptions that impact the firm both internally and externally.
  • As assigned, develops, and distributes resiliency metrics ad hoc, initiative-based, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • As assigned, executes Third Party vendor resiliency risk assessments to ensure they meet the firm’s resiliency requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ work experience in a business continuity, business resilience role within Financial Services, Technology, Consulting, or other regulated industry.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience within the following areas: Business Continuity Management Lifecycle (Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Strategy / Plan Development, Exercise & Testing and Training)
  • Business Continuity Certification Designation, CBCP, ABCP, MBCI or successful attainment of Business Continuity certification within first 6 - 12 months as a condition of employment,
  • Experience using BCP planning and incident management tools (preferably Archer GRC, Everbridge, NC4, GETS/WPS)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship building ability,
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take on challenges, and adaptability to support and adopt change

Preferences:

  • Understanding of Operational Risk Management principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Cyber Resilience
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience support crisis management and incident response
  • Strong Microsoft Office 360 and familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Webex, Confluence, SharePoint)


 

Pay Range:

$78,500.00 - $130,900.00


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
