Overview
The Mastercard Risk Transformation Team is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Risk Transformation to manage the corporate policy procedures and analytics to advance our risk aware business culture strategy by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses a customer focused mindset.
Role
In this role, you will work across various stakeholders to maintain an architecture, governance framework, and requirements to ensure corporate policies provide clear, concise, and consistent standards of conduct to Mastercard employees. In addition, you will partner with the broader Risk Transformation team with research and key projects across prioritized aspects of the risk transformation plan.
• Develop templates for common document types (i.e., policy and procedure templates, checklists, forms, etc.)
• Provide guidance on the policy framework procedures to ensure they are understood and properly utilized
• Prepare outgoing submittal packages accompanied by a document transmittal that will be tracked and monitored
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date version control system for documents, ensuring the latest revisions are accessible to relevant stakeholders while superseded versions are securely archived
• Track controlled document revisions and changes, follow up on review comments and material changes, and manage the document approval process
• Monitor document lifecycle as it progresses through each stage, from creation to archival
• Perform quality checks on incoming documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards and guideline
• Update document control procedures for continual improvement
• Support cross-functional initiatives to deliver on transformation goals, policies and procedures
• Enhance and manage core processes, ensuring processes are documented, reviewed and updated regularly
• Prepare status reports and presentations to keep senior management informed
• Build and launch key surveys, collect, organize, analyze and present data/results
