We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

This job applies advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems and drive measurable impact. They will act as a bridge between analysts and managers, mentoring junior team members while independently leading high-visibility analytics projects.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced data analysis projects, applying statistical models and predictive techniques.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in analytics.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior business stakeholders.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations.
• Partner with business leaders to identify new opportunities for data-driven improvements.

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

In your day-to-day role you will

• Data Engineering & Analysis: pipelining, transforming, coding, automation

• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work:  across business risk, technical support and testing teams to understand processes, data and scope of projects
   
• Create visualization of continuous monitoring efforts using BI reporting tools
   
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: code reviews, fixing bugs, refining processes.

• Work effectively with globally distributed teams in multiple time zones.

What do you need to bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Statistics, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, including building pipelines, designing SQL code, developing BI reporting and delivering insights to stakeholders.
• Preferred Experience: Cloud (SaaS/IaaS), BigQuery, Python, Hadoop/Spark, Airflow, risk-related data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, program managers, and business stakeholders
• Ability to think outside of the box, innovating and driving product vision for the space, focusing on goals and needs of end customers
