This more senior analyst role supports the Customer Success team by ensuring accurate data management and delivering reporting that drives proactive engagement and value realization. Your Impact- Data Management: Collect and prepare customer data across contracts, assets, operations, and utilization to support accurate reporting and insights. - Data-Driven Insights: Implement reporting tools and processes to track progress toward program goals and deliver foundational insights for decision-making. - Pattern & Trend Analysis: Analyze customer data to uncover behavioral trends and recommend proactive strategies that drive long-term success. - Customer Success Narratives: Transform data into compelling stories that help customers understand performance and identify opportunities. - Report Development: Create advanced reports that go beyond metrics to deliver actionable insights and highlight opportunities for value realization. - Strategic Projects: Contribute to initiatives that enhance customer insights and support business growth. - Continuous Improvement: Streamline operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service delivery. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to integrate business intelligence across functions. - Training & Mentorship: Provide subject matter training and guidance to clients and internal teams. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to customer feedback, data integrity, and analytics.
