The Sr Analyst – Business Operations Insights (BOI) serves as a strategic partner to business functions by transforming business challenges into scalable analytics and reporting solutions. This role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders across Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Services, Operations, Finance, and other business functions to understand business objectives, define requirements, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders and functional stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and reporting needs.
- Lead business discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions across multiple business functions.
- Challenge and refine stakeholder requests to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise BI best practices.

Business Requirements & Solution Design
- Own the end-to-end Business Requirements Document (BRD) process from requirement gathering through stakeholder sign-off.
