Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related field required.
- 5+ years in a business or analyst position required.
- Experience with Sales Operations processes, including Account Support Requests (ASRs), required.
- Experience with Quoting Tools, Oracle, and the Lead-to-Quote process.
- Tableau or similar data visualization software experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for learning and continuous education regarding go-to-market strategies, processes, and the IT industry.
- Curiosity and openness to using AI and emerging digital tools to reimagine how Sales Ops delivers value.
- Strong problem identification and solution development skills.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time.
- Demonstrated success in leading small projects and initiatives.
- Flexibility to multi-task, adapt to change, and work independently.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $81,200 to $101,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:
The Senior Analyst role sits within the Sales Operations Business Architecture and Analytics (BAA) team and partners closely with business stakeholders, IT Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and other analytics teams across the organization. This person helps design and improve the systems and processes that support our global sales and customer service operations. You will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and helping drive automation and AI adoption to simplify workflows and create scalable, digital-first experiences for internal teams and customers. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and Salesforce CRM experience are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvement.
- Define and communicate system enhancement recommendations that optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical and analytical deliverables.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and provide thoughtful data, reports, and insights that inform decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Sales Operations and CRM case management, helping design efficient support and engagement processes.
- Create and deliver innovative solutions to complex problems, including the use of AI and automation to streamline case handling and internal operations.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex business or process issues.
- Participate in the design of end-to-end solutions that enhance sales and customer experience workflows.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains through peer reviews and process evaluations.
