Salary Range: $133,952- $186,900
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.What You'll Do
1. SQL, Python, and Excel usage to analyze marketing effectiveness;
2. Hands on experience and usage of marketing platform Adobe Analytics;
3. Collaboration with external stakeholders including Meta, Google, 3rd party marketing agencies and collaboration with internal stakeholders; including Finance, Marketing;
4. Constructing and designing functional dashboards with Data visualization tools PowerBI and Tableau;
5. Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling inputs, outputs and ability to build functional regression models;
6. Experience with media optimization KPIs and diagnostics including: Return on ad spend (ROAS), CPM / CPC, reach / frequency, Cost / Acquisition, and Ecommerce metrics including Conversion, Average Unit Retail (AUR), and Average Order Size (AOS);
7. Ability to deliver data visualizations and marketing optimizations via PowerPoint decks and level up insights for leadership teams;
8. Understanding of incrementality vs last click attribution and customer lifeycycle metrics (CAC, retention rate, CLV, NPS); and
9. Ability to project manage media testing, reporting and ad hoc requests from start to finish via robust project plans and attention to detail.
Who You AreBachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
