This individual will partner closely with Growth Strategy leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action—leveraging data-driven insights, structured execution, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive results. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Execution & Growth Impact
- Support and execute initiatives that have a material impact on LPL’s growth and retention objectives as well as supporting the ongoing execution of client facing incentive and reward programs
- Develop success metrics that clearly communicate progress, risks, and impact against active strategy roadmaps and execution plans
- Track and measure the performance of key growth levers to ensure continuous improvement
Data Insights & Reporting
- Lead data analysis and reporting for assigned growth initiatives as well as supporting incentive and reward program reporting
- Create best-in-class dashboards, reports, and executive-ready materials
- Develop scalable, repeatable reporting processes that elevate strategic decision-making
- Clearly articulate complex ideas using structured thinking and compelling storytelling

- Bachelor’s degree in business, data, engineering or the liberal arts
- 3-6 years of experience in program management, strategy, or wealth management in areas that highlight: growth strategy, data & analytics, process improvement or project management
- 3+ years’ experience in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
- 3+ years’ experience in wealth management, with the ability to understand the needs of financial advisors
- Thinks strategically but executes tactically

Pay Range:
$91,670.00 - $152,852.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
