The Sr. Analyst, Accounts Receivable will play a pivotal role in optimizing T-Mobile's cash flow by ensuring the integrity of our receivable’s portfolio. This position will require a deep understanding of AR processes, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve payment issues, drive process improvements, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections. Develop and implement effective AR management strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize debt. Proactively identify potential payment disruptions and engage with business owners to mitigate risks. Analyze account aging to assess portfolio health and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvements: Continuously evaluate and optimize AR processes to improve efficiency and reduce exceptions. Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology to streamline tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to generate comprehensive reports and insights into AR performance. Reconcile and validate postings and activities performed in production systems. Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and support strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business owners, finance teams, and customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and drive process improvements. Provide subject matter expertise and support to other team members.

Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document user stories for existing and new AR applications. Understand the functionality of AR systems and define capabilities required to meet business objectives. Facilitate communication between organizational units to align business needs and create requirement work products. Serve as an SAP Security POC and provide end-user and access support. Conduct gap and process analysis, as well as cost-benefit analysis for system or product-related initiatives.

Project Management: Develop and manage project plans for AR-related initiatives. Coordinate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Provide SME leadership and consulting support on complex tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years Systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; effectively balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Base Pay Range: $56,200 - $101,300

Corporate Bonus Target: 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.


At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
