About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our
Collections and Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables, and maintaining strong customer relationships while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
What You'll Do:
Manage and monitor the accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Proactively follow up with customers via calls, emails, and escalations to resolve overdue balances
Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and outstanding amounts
Investigate and Identify billing disputes, discrepancies, and short payments in coordination with internal teams
Collaborate with the Cash Application team to ensure accurate and timely application of payments
Identify delinquent accounts and recommend accounts for escalation or bad debt provisioning
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to accounts receivable
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and company policies
Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable within a corporate or shared services environment
Strong understanding of O2C (Order to Cash) process
Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and HighRadius
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience working within a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or Shared
Services environment will be considered a significant advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Shift Time: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST
