We are seeking a highly skilled Algorithm Developer with expertise in Computer Vision, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning and computer vision solutions in a cloud-native AWS environment.
In this role, you will design and implement advanced algorithms, build scalable AI pipelines, and support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production-grade backend services and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Algorithm Development & Research
- Design, develop, and optimize computer vision and image processing algorithms for real-world applications.
- Develop AI and Deep Learning models for image analysis, object detection, segmentation, classification, and related tasks.
- Conduct research, proof-of-concept activities, and performance evaluations of novel algorithms.
- Analyze large-scale datasets and improve model accuracy, robustness, and computational efficiency.
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable algorithmic solutions.
AI/ML Development
- Build, train, validate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
Cloud & Production Deployment - Deploy AI solutions and microservices within AWS cloud environments.
- Build and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms where applicable.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
Monitoring & Operational Excellence- Monitor production systems and deployed models using AWS monitoring tools.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance metrics.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to model performance, data drift, infrastructure, and system reliability.
- Implement logging, alerting, and observability frameworks for AI services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and domain experts.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in algorithm development, computer vision, or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices.
