About the Role

As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the delivery of innovative and scalable AI solutions covering the entire product development lifecycle​, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables. You will develop and articulate agentic AI platform product strategy, vision, and roadmap balancing platform innovation, alignment with our partners needs and overall company goals.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or equivalent years of experience.

• 5 or more years of technical product management experience, including 2+ years of delivering 0-1 products.

• 2 or more years of product management experience focused on ML platform or feature development

Other Qualifications

• Past experience in a technical role (Software engineering or Data Science) is strongly preferred

• Experience in Enterprise product management, specifically in productizing ML applications at scale

• Experience working with other internal teams in cross-collaborative efforts - comfortable handling ambitious dependencies and priorities.

• Ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and professionally

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including comfort in communicating with senior leadership

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team including highly technical areas

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $248,400 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $148,000 - $222,000 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
