Responsible for identifying repetitive manual processes that are susceptible to automation, designing and implementing solutions with RPA, scripts and artificial intelligence, and defining the technological tools necessary to increase operational efficiency and reduce risks.
Responsibilities:
- Map and analyze processes to identify automatable manual tasks.
- Prepare automation proposals detailing the approach, tools and feasibility.
- Design and implement process automation solutions using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or those that apply), scripts and integration frameworks.
- Implement automations through scripting or custom development (Python, PowerShell, Java or those that apply).
- Integrate automations with internal systems, APIs and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain artificial intelligence models to improve operational efficiency and generate alerts in case of risk or contingency scenarios.
- Stay up to date on trends in automation, AI.
Required skills:
- Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or related.
- 5+ years in process automation, RPA or intelligent systems development
- Practical experience in RPA and process automation.
- Proficient in Python and/or Power Automate for custom automation.
- Technical knowledge: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Knowledge of AI applied to process optimization (machine learning or predictive analysis).
- Experience in integrations via API and workflows with orchestration tools.
- Advanced English
