Key Activities/ Deliverables:
- Will drive the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans (ICP) that deliver on business targets, proactively managing gaps between objectives and actuals at a corporate level.
- Will drive process efficiency and continuous improvement, by ensuring consistent application of optimal integrated commercial planning practices and that discipline is established and maintained.
- Will consolidate, communicate, monitor and review the performance of the business across Channels
- Will continually assess consolidated plans across categories to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize KHC resource allocations.
- Will ensure Data and Analytics, Tools and Automation that enable business monitoring and optimization are applied to support agile execution and on-going visibility to and optimization of the commercial plans.
Activities in detail:
- Lead: Own & drive commercial planning & managing solutions and processes across Business Units (ICP, IBP)
- Lead: Continually assess consolidated plans across categories to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize KHC resource allocations.
- Lag: GSV, NSV, D&A, Market Share, WD.
- Lag: Enable the tracking and provision of commercial plan delivery information for the commercial team.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
- Time in Industry: >8 years professional experience
- Time in Function: 5 Years
- Cross Functional Experience: Category, Customer, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance.
- With at least 3 out of 5 Commercial Functional Experiences.
- Advanced English
- Team management: 2-3 people
- Experience in the food and beverage industry
