Serves as the subject matter expert for designated enterprise-focused programs. Applies a growth and solicitation mindset to develop strategic and operational plans, provide quarterly updates and reporting, and offer guidance to support enterprise decision-making. Leverages experience, motivation, and diligence to retain donors and generate revenue from mid-level, major, and high-wealth donors.
Develops and drives strategies for program growth and management. Provides counsel across the enterprise and collaborates with cross-functional teams to evolve initiatives into innovative, multi-channel, multi-team efforts.
Monitors internal and external trends, processes, and policies. Uses analytical reasoning and business acumen to identify best practices, provide insights, and deliver executive-level summaries that inform timely decision-making and mitigate risk.
Develops targeted strategies to broaden audience reach, including leveraging financial influencer engagement where appropriate. Enhances the donor experience for mid-level, major, and high-net-worth audiences while improving operational efficiencies across teams.
Serves as an internal and external point of contact following initial vetting by stewardship, ECC, and call centers. Promotes enterprise-wide education, collaboration, and problem-solving related to this donor segment, financial advisors, and foundation trustees.
Manages a portfolio of donors and/or designated program audiences to generate insights and test collaborative strategies.
Leverages hospital strategic priorities and giving opportunities to develop dynamic, culturally relevant fundraising programs. Maintains current knowledge of St. Jude’s mission, research, and patient care, and effectively connects these initiatives to donor interests.
Allocates time to manage test groups and pilot initiatives within portfolio work, including targeted donor segments and strategic priorities identified by leadership.
Develops program-specific strategies aligned to defined KPIs. Monitors performance, evaluates outcomes, and adjusts approaches as needed. Communicates insights, learnings, and progress to key stakeholders.
Represents ALSAC–St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. Adheres to ALSAC policies, procedures, and Gift Acceptance Policy guidelines.
