Job Description

As a Senior Advisor - Measurement Enablement, you will be instrumental in implementing and validating data collection across all ALSAC online web properties. Your expertise will ensure that our digital analytics tools are optimized to meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Analytics Tools Management:

  • Implement and maintain digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management Systems (DTM) for new and existing applications.

Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work closely with business analysts to define implementation requirements and create Functional/Tagging Specification Documents. Maintain comprehensive documentation through Adobe Analytics SDR (Solutions Design Reference).

Best Practices Implementation:

  • Apply digital analytics and insights best practices across all marketing channels to enhance data accuracy and usability.

Event and Tag Development:

  • Develop, customize, and troubleshoot events and tags in complex environments using JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement analytics tracking code and assist in quality assurance to ensure tagging functionality across all web properties.

Optimization and Improvement:

  • Identify methods to improve digital analytics front-end implementation based on internal and external data.

Issue Resolution:

  • Identify online data collection issues and collaborate with development and product teams for resolution.

A/B Testing and Personalization:

  • Conduct A/B tests and experience targeting on various web pages to optimize and personalize the user experience through Adobe Target. Recommend changes to enable stakeholders to make strategic decisions.

Database Expertise:

  • Utilize database expertise to assist the team with visualization, and predictive modeling, and manage the build-out of “single source of truth” dashboards and data sets to track performance metrics and campaign progress.

Business Insights:

  • Deliver actionable business insights by analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional customer behavior data sets with the help of Adobe Audience Manager (AAM).

Personalization Support:

  • Provide support for personalization projects, including segmentation and Adobe Target implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.
  • Extensive experience in tagging and analytics implementation/front-end development.
  • Expertise in Adobe Launch Tag Manager, Adobe & Google Analytics reporting/analysis, and server-side tagging.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementations using Adobe DTM.
  • Strong SQL skills preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Test & Target implementations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management and Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) is a plus.
  • SEO/SEM and media tagging experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in analytics implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
