ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – the fund-raising organization of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – is currently looking for a Sr Advisor - Analytics Implementation as follows.
As a key role on the Digital Analytics & Insights team, the Sr Advisor - Analytics Implementation is responsible for implementing and validating data collection across all ALSAC online web properties according to Digital business needs. Duties include:
1.Support the implementation and maintenance of Digital analytics tools (GoogleAnalytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tag Management System - DTM) fornew/existing applications.
2.Work closely with business analysts to define implementation requirements,Functional/Tagging Specification Documents and maintain documentationthrough Adobe Analytics SDR (Solutions Design Reference).
3.Implement Digital Analytics and Insights best practices across all marketingChannels.
4.Develop, customize and troubleshoot events and tags in complex environmentswith the use of JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS.
5.Implement analytics tracking code and assist in quality assurance to ensuretagging functionality across all web properties.
6.Identify methods to improve the digital analytics front-end implementation basedon internal and external data.
7.Identify online data collection issues and work with development and productteams for resolution.
8.Conduct A/B tests, experience targeting on various web pages to optimize andpersonalize the user’s web experience through Adobe Target and recommendchanges that enable stakeholders to make appropriate strategic decisions.
9.Expertise in Databases to help team with visualization, predictive modeling, andmanage the build-out of “single source of truth” dashboards and data sets to trackstandard metrics performance and progress on campaigns at all levels of theorganization
10.Deliver actionable business insights through analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional customer behavior data sets with the help of AAM (AdobeAudience Manager)
11.Provide support to Personalization project on Segmentation and Adobe Target implementation.

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field and three (3) years of technical, analytical, systems experience -- OR -- a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field followed by six
(6)years of technical, analytical, systems experience.
Experience must include three (3) years of experience with all of the following:
(i)Web and application development, which must include experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, XML, Python and Adobe Audience Manager.
(ii)Analytics, tagging and digital marketing including experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Management Systems, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, Tealium Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Adobe Target, SEO, and SEM.
(iii)Data, Cloud & Agile Methodologies, which must include experience with SQL, Py-Spark SQL, Oracle, Redshift, AWS, GCP, BigQuery, Hadoop, Hive, UNIX, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile.
