Senior Cyber Security Architect / Engineer
Endpoint Security, OT Security & Compliance
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on cybersecurity professional with a strong ownership mentality to lead endpoint security, OT security, compliance initiatives, and security engineering programs across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who identifies problems, drives solutions, automates manual processes, and works effectively across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Helpdesk, Compliance, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Security Management
- Manage and improve Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, SentinelOne, and related security platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security controls across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Lead endpoint onboarding, offboarding, migrations, and remediation activities.
- Ensure endpoint security coverage, compliance, and operational health.
- Develop and maintain security baselines and hardening standards.
OT & Industrial Security
- Support security initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve OT security posture.
- Assist with segmentation, secure remote access, asset visibility, and OT security monitoring.
- Support vulnerability assessments and risk reduction efforts within OT environments.
- Contribute to OT security policies, standards, and governance processes.
Device Control & Data Protection
- Manage USB and peripheral device control solutions.
- Define and enforce removable media governance policies.
- Review exception requests and implement appropriate security controls.
Monitor compliance and generate management reports.
Security Engineering & Automation
- Develop PowerShell, Bash, and automation solutions to streamline security operations.
- Automate onboarding/offboarding processes, reporting, and operational workflows.
- Continuously improve security processes through automation and optimization.
- Evaluate and implement new security technologies and capabilities.
Compliance, Audit & Governance
- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, customer audits, and internal security assessments.
- Gather audit evidence and maintain compliance documentation.
- Track remediation activities and drive closure of audit findings.
- Create and maintain policies, standards, procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
Security Operations
- Investigate endpoint security alerts and support incident response activities.
- Work closely with SOC and IT teams during security investigations.
- Identify security gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Develop security metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Security Awareness & Risk Reduction
- Lead phishing simulation campaigns and user awareness initiatives.
- Analyze trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support organization's security culture improvement efforts.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted security advisor to technical and business teams.
- Lead cross-functional security projects from planning through implementation.
- Present security recommendations, risks, and progress updates to leadership.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Cyber Security, Security Engineering, or Endpoint Security experience.

- OT/ICS Security environments.
- Netwrix Endpoint Protector or similar technologies.
- Vulnerability Management Programs.
- Cloud Security (Azure and AWS).
- SOC Operations and Incident Response.
- ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs.
- Security architecture and enterprise security design.
