ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Review customer specifications and perform compressor calculations to develop optimized technical solutions
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals, including cost structures and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and internal teams to define scope, source components, and ensure proposal alignment
- Engage with customers through meetings and discussions to clarify requirements and support negotiation
- Support the full sales cycle by handing off awarded projects to execution teams and ensuring a smooth transition
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience in applications / proposal engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment used in industrial applications
- Experience working with customers in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, or similar industry.
- Proficiency with document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Innovative mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
