Position Summary:
Assist management/department with a variety of support functions that may include processing tasks, information gathering, problem identification/resolution and notification of procedural changes. Provide support by utilizing computer systems for input, audits, reconciliation, following scripts, generating reports, etc. Responsible for essential back office business functions handling printing and preparation of incoming and outgoing mail for policy holders and independent agencies. Working with mail room postage machinery, folding and inserting machines, imaging documents, opening mail and various other administrative functions. Develop and review a variety of reports and audits various forms for accuracy and completeness. Participate in special projects, developing and implementing new procedures and other related duties as requested by management. Make recommendations regarding procedural revisions as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
May support one or more of the following functions:
identifying trends/potential fraudulent activity, staff errors, etc. and following up with appropriate management to correct problems
assisting management/staff in developing and implementing new procedures.
notifying customers regarding reimbursement approval/denial status
reviewing/processing contractor ERS payments for ACG, including the processing of contractor facility appointments and terminations, tracking of driver background certifications, creation of direct deposit accounts for contractor payments, etc.
Qualifications:
Required
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
30, 40 or 50 correct wpm typing (Typing requirement to be determined by department at time of posting)
Experience:
Analyzing, researching and resolving complex administrative problems
Operating a calculator
performing mathematical calculations to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages
PC software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
Maintaining accurate records
Utilizing a personal computer
Writing correspondence and memos
Maintaining accurate records/logs
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of:
Business grammar and spelling

$17- $18 per hour

Time Off & Leave
Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment.
Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements.
Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
Paid Holidays:
Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
