Company Description
Tasks
- Product Development & Design: Responsible for the electro-acoustic design of speaker unit (Tweeters, Woofers, and Full-range units); lead the design of crossover circuits and the selection/matching of key components such as transformers.
- Simulation & Modeling: Utilize simulation software to perform electromagnetic field, vibration system, and acoustic field simulations to optimize driver structure and performance parameters.
- Engineering Drawing: Use CAD software to complete the structural design of speaker components and generate drawings.
- Prototyping & Tuning: Independently complete prototype assembly and perform performance optimization (analysis and improvement) based on the test results.
- Mass Production Support: Participate the entire pilot production process, resolving acoustic anomalies during manufacturing while optimizing production processes and yield rates.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Physics or equivalent.
Working Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience designing, modeling, simulating, and testing loudspeaker products.
Knowledge/Skills
- Knowledge of loudspeaker components and systems latest technology and current state of the art.
- Familiar with acoustic testing and analysis systems such as Klippel or SoundCheck. Expert-level skill at least one acoustic simulation software and professional competency in design tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Familiar with loudspeaker manufacturing processes and material characteristics; have strong fault analysis (FA) and problem-solving abilities.
- A detail-oriented, hands-on engineer capable of managing the full product lifecycle—from initial R&D conceptualization and prototyping to mass production (MP).
- Experience designing and testing passive and powered professional loudspeaker systems including acoustics, mounting hardware, system drive, and amplification.
