Develop and maintain customer relationships to sell IQSIGHT video security products via outbound/inbound calls. Prospect territory, generate quotes (RFQs), close new business, run sales campaigns, support regional sales plans, train team members, track dealer programs, and attend regional trade shows as needed.

Contribute to embedded software/firmware for video surveillance and smart sensors. Develop components in C/C++ and Python, maintain Yocto-based embedded Linux build systems, debug issues, and collaborate with multidisciplinary, global R&D teams.

Lead global IT operations for EMS sites, define and implement IT strategy, manage infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, telecom), oversee ERP/MES integration, drive cybersecurity programs, coordinate international IT projects and vendors, and develop multinational IT teams to ensure continuity and operational efficiency.

Support Group Controlling with management reporting, monthly KPI analysis, and central controlling processes. Assist in monthly financial statements, plan-vs-actual analyses, financial forecasts, and ad-hoc management requests while gaining insight into international corporate controlling.
