Design, implement, unit-test and document embedded C/C++ software for high-availability public-address and voice-alarm systems. Integrate and commit code, fix build failures and defects, create reusable components, consult on OSS usage, and maintain clean-code practices while collaborating in a team.

Lead and optimize sales operations and administration: streamline processes, maintain Salesforce and SAP data integrity, build dashboards and forecasts, analyze pipeline and KPIs, manage contracts/pricing/promotions, oversee invoicing and commissions, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for the business unit: own core accounting operations, drive month‑end/year‑end close, coordinate with BPO, support audits, partner with treasury and global teams, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Own and maintain the MDM/PIM application including access control, updates, configuration and compatibility checks. Analyze feasibility of new requirements, estimate implementation effort with development teams, train end users, and optimize content and processes to keep application details current.

Lead regional business development teams to generate project leads, influence specifications, and grow adoption of Electro-Voice Dynacord solutions. Develop market strategies, engage specifiers and end users early, support sales from opportunity identification through close, and collaborate across KAMs, SDMs, product management, and partners. Travel extensively across North America to attend industry events and build strategic relationships.

Work on embedded Linux systems for video security platforms (ARM and specialized Video SoCs). Implement new features, analyze and debug complex problems, write C or shell scripts, use Git, and collaborate with an international development team.

Design, implement and unit-test embedded application software for redundant public-address and voice-alarm systems. Translate system requirements into component designs, decompose work into user stories, plan sprints, ensure continuous integration, follow Agile/Scrum and lean practices, and document requirements and designs.

Develop and maintain customer relationships to sell IQSIGHT video/security products via inbound/outbound calls. Prospect territory, generate quotes (RFQs), close new business, support regional sales initiatives, train teammates, and attend regional trade shows.

Support the Chief Product Officer to define strategy and deliver a global product roadmap for access and intrusion products. Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to define market and product requirements, partner strategies, and ecosystem solutions using wired and wireless device technology. Drive new product development, launch readiness, and end-of-life processes while collaborating with industry partners, standards bodies, and regional teams.

Lead multi-site firmware and embedded software development for real-time audio communication products. Provide technical and organizational leadership for firmware engineering, CI/CD, automated testing, release/maintenance, staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet product roadmaps, quality, and schedule goals.

Lead quality for trade goods and NPI projects: manage supplier quality (audits, product release), handle complaints/CAR/PSS, drive PDCA improvements, maintain quality reporting (GRD/WRR_ib/EDC) and RMA analysis.

Lead IQSIGHT's digital transformation and IT as a hands-on leader, defining application portfolio and target architecture, enabling CRM/CPQ, MDM and analytics capabilities, managing vendors and a small expert team (4-5 FTEs), owning IT budget, and transitioning IT from group to an independent, scalable landscape.
