Position Summary
The Senior Accountant supports centralized, multi-entity accounting for a growing organization with capital equipment, custom manufacturing, service, distribution, and rentals.
This position will be primarily responsible for the capital side of the business, including assigned month-end close activities, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany activity, recurring schedules, operational reporting, job-costing review, CAM calculations, and accounting-system documentation. The role also provides payroll and
time-data support, including entering approved hours, validating variances, documenting exceptions, and responding to employee questions; payroll processing and final approval remain with the designated payroll owner.
