We don't just punch numbers into QuickBooks—we make sure complex accrual financials, deferred revenue, and cost-of-goods are perfectly mapped so leadership can make confident, high-stakes decisions.
Mastering the Monthly Close: You will orchestrate the monthly and semi-monthly book closing processes across multiple business locations, ensuring every dollar of deferred membership revenue and state tax requirement is perfectly reconciled.
Bridging Services and COGS: You will seamlessly navigate the financial complexities of a business that blends service-based revenue with cost-of-goods, managing depreciation, prepaids, and standard accrual adjustments with expert precision.
Syncing the Payroll Ecosystem: By integrating Gusto, When I Work, and QuickBooks Online, you will ensure payroll isn't just processed, but accurately categorized and reconciled without missing a beat.
Empowering the C-Suite: Acting as the right-hand to the CEO and fractional CFO, you will provide rapid, transparent communication, translating complex financial data into actionable insights for fast-moving U.S. leadership.

An Unapologetic Expert: You are a high-level accountant, not a basic data-entry bookkeeper. You have extensive, proven experience in accrual-based accounting, multi-location financials, and complex revenue models, and you thrive under the scrutiny of a fractional CFO.

Skills Required
- Extensive experience in accrual-based accounting, multi-location financials, and complex revenue models
- Proven experience managing monthly and semi-monthly close and reconciling deferred revenue and state taxes
- Mastery of QuickBooks Online
- Hands-on experience reconciling payroll and integrating payroll systems (Gusto, When I Work) with accounting software
- Experience handling COGS, depreciation, prepaids, and standard accrual adjustments
- Flawless English communication skills and ability to present financial data to U.S. executives
- Reliable BYOD setup, high-speed internet, distraction-free home office, and ability to support partial U.S. MST hours
- Hands-on experience with Zenoti, Bill.com, Gusto, and When I Work
- Comfort working with and under a fractional CFO and responding to urgent month-end sprints
