Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing the post sales process, focusing on servicing the growing client base, ensuring the overall success and satisfaction clients get from working with us. In addition, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving overall revenue from their allocated client base by inspiring increased platform usage and introducing new business opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the post-sales experience for each allocated client, focusing on exceeding expectations and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Support the current team of Account Managers and Technical Solutions Managers to support the needs of the growing business
• Challenge and suggest improvements to the appropriate internal processes as well as provide relative product feedback to ensure Claritas is constantly striving to enhance overall customer satisfaction
• Expand Claritas' revenue through cross-sell and upsell activities
• Influence the future lifetime value of each client through higher production adoption, increased customer satisfaction, and monitoring the overall value each client realizes from our services

Qualifications

Skills, Education and Experience

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of enterprise account management or customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue growth
• Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Highly preferred:

• Relevant experience in digital advertising and/or enterprise SaaS technology
