As a Sr. Account Manager, your focus will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations and develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, and similar events.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Develop sales leads through prospecting and networking with partners and industry contacts
- Close business on an ongoing basis to meet the booking objectives
- Maximize Honeywell’s market penetration and value capture in the building services business by developing opportunities through personal selling to target accounts and actively participating in sales capture teams on target projects

- Work with Management Team in establishing market trends, appropriate strategies and product development roadmaps including necessary tools and processes

Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Degree in engineering
- At least 2 years’ sales experience in Building Service / Building Automation Business OR mechanical (HVAC) service business OR Fire Service business
- Proven track record in selling complex solutions, equipped with solution sales mind set
- Good Knowledge on automation & control applications
- Network in builders, contractors, vendors
- Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and have ability to work independently
- A good team player
