YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Account Manager for Groceries, you don’t just manage accounts, you own our most significant strategic relationships at the national level. Your goal is to scale our Groceries footprint at maximum velocity while fostering long-term partnerships. By securing best in class content and driving performance, you will directly enhance the user experience.

We need a ‘Groceries Ambassador’: someone who is deeply hands-on, obsessed with data, and thrives in the ‘fast lane’. You’ll be the face of Glovo, navigating complex negotiations and building strategic roadmaps to ensure our partners don't just exist on the app - they thrive.

THE JOURNEY

- Own the Joint Business Plan (JBP) for top-tier partners, defining the year roadmap to boost GMV and market share.

- Build and scale a high-impact partner portfolio, identifying untapped business opportunities and creative collaborations.

- Act as the primary poc from day one, leading negotiations and onboarding key Groceries giants to ensure a ‘win-win’ ecosystem.

- Dive deep into operational metrics to spot bottlenecks. You’ll provide partners with the tools, insights, and solutions needed to achieve best-in-class delivery performance.

- Maintain high-level engagement through monthly and quarterly business reviews, becoming a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.

- Navigate a high-task environment with ease, turning complex multidisciplinary problems into elegant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

- Relationship Management: 3+ years of experience managing robust, long-term partnerships. You know how to drive account success and ensure our company remains top-of-mind for your partners.

- The Owner’s Mindset: You have a natural bias for action. You don’t wait for permission to make things happen; you drive results and hit deadlines.

- Analytical Power: You are comfortable with complex data sets, using them to back up your business judgments and strategy.

- Groceries Expertise: Deep understanding of Groceries P&L, revenue dynamics, and the drivers that move the needle in the digital marketplace.

- Negotiation Prowess: Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and negotiating commercial terms that drive value.

- Communication: The ability to command a room, whether you're presenting to internal teams or external partners.

- Adaptability: You have a lot of GAS in the tank - thriving in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant.

- Fluency in English and Italian: You feel comfortable presenting in English and Italian at a professional level.
