About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive focused on New Customer Acquisition at Recast Software, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. This position is a dynamic and exciting opportunity for results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative software solutions to businesses in IT Endpoint Management.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Your primary responsibility will be to identify, target, and secure new customers within the Software Endpoint Management Space, expanding our client base and increasing market share.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: You'll be accountable for managing a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation to conducting product demonstrations and ultimately closing deals.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Your role requires delivering tailored software solutions to meet the unique needs and challenges of potential clients. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional value from our products and services.
  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the development and execution of high-level sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and targeting key opportunities in the IT Endpoint Management market.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within potential customer organizations, leveraging existing networks and establishing new connections.
  • Large Deal Management: Manage complex sales cycles, including negotiation of large deals, contract agreements, and structuring win-win solutions that align with both client needs and company objectives.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to junior account executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and success.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, using insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast and report on sales revenue, providing insights for financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process, identifying efficiencies, refining workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance the sales cycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process and long-term satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance metrics, assessing the effectiveness of sales strategies and activities, and making data-driven adjustments to achieve targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of B2B software sales experience in a relevant industry or market.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of consultative selling techniques and experience in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate high-level client interactions effectively.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in CRM software and advanced knowledge of sales automation tools.
  • In-depth understanding of IT Endpoint Management space.
  • Advanced degree in a related field and relevant certifications.
  • Exceptional adaptability and success in dynamic, fast-paced sales environments.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience with junior sales team members.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to create and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks: 

• The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. This role includes additional incentive compensation based on a 50/50 split commission plan. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
