About the Role
Edelman Creators is looking for a Senior Account Executive to support the development and execution of creator marketing programs for leading local, regional, and global brands. This role is responsible for managing creator relationships, campaign execution, client coordination, and day-to-day account operations, ensuring best-in-class delivery across influencer and creator-led initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, passionate about social media and creator culture, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of creator marketing campaigns across multiple clients and industries.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators, talent representatives, vendors, and internal teams.
- Lead creator identification, evaluation, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor creator content performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop creator shortlists, vetting assessments, and strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Social, Paid Media, and Account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support client meetings, status calls, and presentation development.
- Track budgets, creator fees, invoices, and campaign expenses.
- Stay informed on creator economy trends, platform updates, emerging creators, and cultural conversations.
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, disclosure requirements, and industry best practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media, communications, public relations, or digital marketing.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing creator campaigns from planning through reporting.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience working directly with creators, talent managers, and creator agencies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
