Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and selling to key agencies and key clients who focus their efforts on selling products and services through the purchase of advertising. Serves as a mentor and coach to less experienced partners, leveraging deep industry knowledge and experience to support their development and success. Consistently meets all goals and objectives in a timely and organized manner. Must be available for extended hours as needed and be willing to travel overnight as needed. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Develops, services and maintains a base of clients and/or agencies who purchase advertising space or other media services to achieve established annual sales goals within assigned sales team.
- Analyzes, develops and presents market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products. Works with various marketing and sales personnel to coordinate important data and materials for presentations.
- Interacts with various internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising, monitoring account activities and monitoring and managing collections.
- Participates in National Ad Sales events as required (i.e. conferences, workshops, meetings etc.).
- Establishes the tone and pace for the Large Agency team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and team performance standards
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $130,550.28 - $195,825.42
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $165,900
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
