The Sr. ABM Manager is a strategic, cross-functional project and program manager focused on advancing account-based marketing efforts focused on the Enterprise Business Unit.
In this role you will lead the development and execution of campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, driving qualified leads to sales and optimizing conversion through the sales funnel to meet pipeline targets. You will also align with enterprise marketing and sales enablement to drive cross-functional collaboration and programming strategy, partnering with sales leaders to identify and target high value clients. This includes managing campaign budgets, timelines, and target profiles, tracking campaign performance for ROI and continued optimization.
How will you contribute?
- Lead the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics for the Enterprise Business Unit.
- Align as Enterprise Marketing’s primary liaison with Revenue leadership to facilitate crossfunctional collaboration with account teams to drive engagement and achieve pipeline targets.
- Drive programming strategy to achieve new pipeline and expansion growth, acceleration and retention goals. Inclusive of entering new industries for expansion.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify high-value targets and formulate growth strategies
- Partner with Demand Generation team to ensure alignment between ABM efforts and global demand generation strategy.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and ideal customer profile segment targets.
- Track performance and ROI for continued optimization to maximize budget efficiency and return.
- Leverage a data-driven approach, continuously test, evaluate, and optimize campaigns success
- Manage campaign reporting dashboards.

- Ability to moderate account planning sessions with Sales, agencies, and marketing stakeholders.
- Experience communicating marketing strategies and results to many different stakeholders, as well as encouraging data-driven decision making at the highest levels of a business.
- Proven success implementing strategic account, vertical and/or ABM marketing programs.
- Broad range of digital (paid media, SEM & Social), event and content marketing skills.
- Understanding of latest Cloud, SaaS, and GenAI trends.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with exceptional verbal, written, and visual
- communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of key marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo, SFDC, 6sense, Mutiny)
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, skilled at turning data into actionable insights.
