As a SQL Developer, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performance SQL databases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design efficient database structures, and write optimized SQL queries to support software applications. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, tables, and views
  • Write optimized SQL queries to support software applications
  • Perform database optimization and performance tuning
  • Database administration tasks, including backups, security, and user access management
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate databases with software applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proven experience as a SQL Developer
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, including creating and optimizing complex queries
  • Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • Knowledge of database design principles and best practices
  • Experience with database administration tasks, such as backups and security
  • Proficient in writing stored procedures, functions, and triggers
  • Experience with data modeling and designing database schemas
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or MCA
  2. Minimum of 2 and max 6 years of experience in Databricks platform administration and development.
  3. Strong proficiency in SQL programming and database management.
  4. Experience with Databricks Delta Lake, Spark SQL, and other Apache Spark components.
  5. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
  6. Proficiency in Python, Scala, or other programming languages used in Databricks environment.
  7. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
