Job Description

Axiado SQA team is seeking software testing engineers who has worked on Linux and/or embedded systems and peripherals interfaces validation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for embedded system, SoC and peripherals features validation.
• Design and deploy suitable testbeds for SoC software infrastructure validation.
• Certify software releases for general use and generate ideas to solve open-ended problems with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall experience in embedded Software testing with good understanding of I2C/I3C, SPI, PCIe, USB, SPI/eSPI, GPIO/SGPI.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience in NIC drivers in Linux, BMC and firmware testing.
• Strong Networking, PCIe, BMC background.
• Familiarity with ARM CPU and SOC system architecture, microprocessor, and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.)
• Experience with troubleshooting integration issues including root-cause analysis
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing lifecycle (STLC), software testing methodologies, and agile development practices.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git/ SVN
• Automation testing experience using python and Pytest\Robot framework
