onsemi is seeking highly motivated IC Design Engineering Interns to join our semiconductor product development teams. This internship provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced analog, digital, and mixed-signal engineers developing next-generation integrated circuits for automotive, industrial, and AI applications.
As an IC Design Engineering Intern, you may:
- Assist in the design and simulation of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Support development of power-management and clocking functions such as voltage regulators, oscillators, and timing circuits.
- Run circuit simulations and analyze performance across operating conditions.
- Learn industry-standard analog design methodologies and tools.
- Digital Design & RTL Development Develop and debug RTL using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Support implementation of digital control and interface logic. Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Contribute to simulation and functional verification activities.
- Mixed-Signal Verification Create simulation testbenches and verification environments.
