Make your impact at a leading Fintech Company
Join BILL as an SPP Onboarding and Growth Specialist on our Supplier Payments Plus team and take end-to-end ownership of the supplier relationship from day one. Supplier Payments Plus is BILL's enterprise offering built for large suppliers who receive payments from BILL's network of hundreds of thousands of SMB customers. The SPP team sits within the Solutions Consulting org and operates at the intersection of implementation, customer success, and revenue growth for some of the largest and most strategically important accounts on the platform.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of your supplier accounts: onboarding new customers onto SPP, driving activation and adoption, providing ongoing support and retention coverage, and identifying upsell opportunities that expand revenue within the portfolio. Your work directly determines how quickly large suppliers realize value from SPP and how long they stay. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role built for someone who is comfortable being the primary point of contact for enterprise supplier accounts and who can move between technical implementation work and commercial conversations without losing stride.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new SPP supplier accounts, including configuration, integration setup, and go-live milestones.
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise supplier accounts, managing day-to-day relationships and escalations.
- Drive product adoption and activation by guiding suppliers through key SPP features: payment routing, consolidated remittance, ERP integrations, and reporting.
- Monitor account health, proactively identify churn risk, and execute retention strategies to protect and grow revenue within the portfolio.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with the broader SPP sales team to expand feature adoption and contract value.
- Deliver white-glove support for enterprise accounts, triaging and resolving technical and operational issues with speed and ownership.
- Maintain accurate account documentation in Salesforce and Gainsight, tracking activation status, health scores, and expansion pipeline.
- Contribute to process improvements and playbook development as the SPP motion scales, sharing patterns and learnings with peers and leadership.
We'd love to chat if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management with a track record of owning post-sale relationships end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously, balancing onboarding workloads, active support queues, and growth priorities.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working through integrations, remittance file formats, and payment workflow configurations with supplier teams.
- Experience driving upsell or expansion revenue within an existing customer portfolio, including identifying signals and running the commercial conversation.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for account management and documentation; Gainsight experience is a plus.
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to work across both technical stakeholders and executive or finance-side contacts at large supplier organizations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations software, particularly in AP/AR or supplier-facing contexts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and remittance or cash application workflows used by enterprise finance teams.
