About the Role

We are seeking a Client Executive to join our Sports & Entertainment practice. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the sports, entertainment, media, hospitality, and live events sectors. The Client Executive will be responsible for managing complex client relationships, developing insurance and risk management strategies, leading service delivery, and partnering with producers and market specialists to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance, a consultative approach to client management, and the ability to navigate the unique risk exposures faced by athletes, teams, venues, entertainers, production companies, agencies, promoters, and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for a portfolio of Sports & Entertainment clients.
  • Develop and execute client service strategies aligned with each client's business objectives and risk profile.
  • Lead renewal and marketing efforts in partnership with broking and placement teams.
  • Coordinate the delivery of insurance, risk management, claims advocacy, and specialized consulting services.
  • Present coverage recommendations, renewal strategies, and market intelligence to clients.
  • Negotiate coverage terms and program structure alongside carrier and broker partners.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend innovative insurance solutions.
  • Manage complex, multi-line insurance programs, including Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, Umbrella, Cyber, Management Liability, and specialty coverages.
  • Collaborate with producers on new business opportunities, client retention strategies, and account growth initiatives.
  • Mentor and support Account Managers, Account Executives, and service team members.
  • Maintain strong relationships with carriers and industry partners.
  • Stay informed on emerging risks impacting the Sports & Entertainment industry.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage or client management experience.
  • Experience managing middle-market or large commercial accounts.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and market dynamics.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex renewals and service teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Insurance licensing required or ability to obtain.
  • CPCU, ARM, CRM, or other industry designations preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience serving Sports & Entertainment clients.
  • Knowledge of event cancellation, contingency, participant accident, entertainment production, venue, and talent-related exposures.
  • Experience working with national or global insurance programs.
  • Exposure to private client or high-net-worth risk solutions is a plus.
