Job Description
OVERVIEW: As a Sports Data Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Interact with sports data operators across our global offices to ensure client queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of different team’s responsibilities across our global offices.
- Provide ongoing QA of the support process to management.
- Report key issues and product extensions to drive improvement in our sports data product.
- Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout it's life-cycle.
- Support our sports data operators with data-related tasks.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Self-motivated team player with strong sense of integrity.
- A keen interest in sports.
- Excellent communicator - good written and spoken English is required.
- You have plenty of positive energy, generally extroverted and optimistic with ability to execute and get the job done.
- Customer service background is preferred.
- Flexible with regards to working in shifts (including nights).
