We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in sponsorship area;
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Has strong project management skills;
- Has a real passion for sports;
- Proves and advanced English level;
- Has good organizational and time-management skills;
What you'll be doing:
- Creating and implementing sponsorship strategies that are aligned with the SUPERBET’s goals and objectives. This involves identifying potential sponsorship opportunities and evaluating their potential to meet the needs of the Organization.
- Negotiating and finalizing sponsorship agreements with sponsors. You must ensure that the terms of the agreement are mutually beneficial.
- You'll be responsible of managing sponsor relationships, ensuring that sponsors are satisfied with the sponsorship agreement and receiving the expected return on their investment
- Assessing the performance of sponsorships to determine whether they are meeting the Organization’s goals. You must identify any areas for improvement and provide recommendations for changes to the sponsorship strategy.
- Overseeing the sponsorship budget, ensuring that the sponsorships are cost-effective, and that the budget is being utilized efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure that sponsorships projects are seamlessly integrated into the SUPERBET’s marketing and communication strategies.
