Summary:

In this role, you will manage implementation projects for new and existing healthcare client customers, ensuring timely and accurate connection to supply chain contracts that deliver cost savings opportunities while supporting revenue growth for the company. You will collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and clients to coordinate implementation activities, resolve contract-related issues, and provide a seamless onboarding experience through proactive communication, project management, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple implementation and contract connection projects from initiation through completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, suppliers, account executives, and client customers.
  • Partner with Account Executives and analysts to review contract, cost, and tier analyses and develop implementation plans within Salesforce.
  • Prepare contract documentation and submit contract requests, including Online Tier Activation (OTA), Letter of Commitment (LOC), Letter of Participation (LOP), and Contract Price Activation (CPA).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to ensure contract connections are completed accurately and tier levels are correctly implemented.
  • Resolve contract request denials, approval exceptions, and other implementation issues in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Participate in client meetings with Account Executives to assess customer needs, develop service strategies, and document activities within Salesforce.
  • Support clients by responding to inquiries, conducting research, and providing timely issue resolution throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintain accurate client membership data and implementation records to support successful contract activation and ongoing service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance the client experience through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 OR more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare, supply chain, and Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) required.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, suppliers, and client customers.
  • Demonstrated project management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to develop effective solutions to complex implementation challenges.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
