Zakres obowiązków:
· kontrola poziomu zapasów i uzupełnianie zapasów bezpieczeństwa we wskazanych lokalizacjach
· Koordynowanie przepływu zamówień klienta między działami sprzedaży, obsługi klienta i fabryką
· Optymalizacja poziomu zapasów
· Procesowanie zamówień klienta (przyjęcie, weryfikacja, potwierdzenie)
· Organizowanie wysyłki poprzez weryfikację dostępności, tworzenie dyspozycji, kontakt z magazynem i działem ds. transportu.
· Współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi jak :działami sprzedaży, produkcji, planowanie produkcji, planowania popytu, obsługi klienta, zaopatrzenia, planowania, logistyki w celu zapewnienia terminowej realizacji zamówień klientów oraz optymalizacji kosztów.
· Monitorowanie i redukcję wyrobów nierotujących
· Przekazywanie informacji o statusie dostaw i potencjalnych opóźnieniach do odpowiednich działów
· przygotowywanie i weryfikacja dokumentacji eksportowej (faktury eksportowe, listy przewozowe, dokumenty celne)
· współpraca z organami celnymi i przewoźnikami w zakresie wymaganym do realizacji dostaw do klientów
Nasze wymagania:
· doświadczenie w obszarze łańcucha dostaw, planowania produkcji, zapasów lub logistyki
· bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel (funkcje analityczne, praca na dużych zbiorach danych, tabele przestawne)
· umiejętność analizy danych oraz wyciągania praktycznych wniosków
· znajomość języka angielskiego umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację
· dobra organizacja pracy, samodzielność i umiejętność współpracy między działowe
Mile widziane:
· doświadczenie w optymalizacji poziomu zapasów (rotacja, safety stock, zapasy wolnorotujące
· znajomość systemów ERP / MRP :SAP, Oracle

Skills Required
- Experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory or logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (analytical functions, large datasets, pivot tables)
- Ability to analyze data and draw practical conclusions
- English language skills enabling fluent communication
- Good organization, independence and cross-functional collaboration skills
