bswift is currently seeking a COBRA Analyst to join our growing COBRA and Billing Center of Excellence Team. The COBRA Analyst will mainly be responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on our best-in-class HR software and services.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct testing to discover software enhancements or needs
- Executing on non-automated service delivery processes to satisfy scope requirements
- Import data into system as needed and assist with ad hoc client projects
- Triage client tickets, questions and provide next response time
- Audit system data from various sources and produce reports to provide a summary and details
- Assist call center / client teams through responding to employee cases related to COBRA and Direct Billing
- Resolve any data discrepancies with external vendors
- Perform COBRA tasks to audit notices, troubleshoot issues, work with the client teams as needed to correct discrepancies and ensure compliance timing is met
Required Qualifications:

- 0 - 3 years of professional experience within in analysis and data management role
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products
- Extensive experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation
- Knowledge of health care products including HMO, PPO, and Medicare
- Healthcare industry background
Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description. 

 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $27.00-$30.00/hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
