Develop and maintain NICE IVR and digital chat scripts, API integrations, Salesforce and bswift application integrations, and the UDR CSR portal. Support React and DynamoDB application development, troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries, assist with client implementations and contact center operations, and coordinate telephony updates during Open Enrollment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Git workflows while documenting configurations and processes.

Guide multiple Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, support PI and capacity planning, and improve delivery using metrics and retrospectives. Coach team members and junior Scrum Masters while partnering with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software services.

Design, build, and deploy secure generative AI applications, including agentic workflows and intelligent benefits chat systems. Own features from prototype through production, make architecture decisions, implement AWS-based backend systems, and ensure reliability through observability, testing, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Develop RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, participate in technical reviews, and support security and compliance efforts.

Administer and optimize SQL Server and AWS database environments, including performance tuning, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and incident response. Build automation with PowerShell, SQL Agent, Terraform, and CloudFormation; support database deployments and release management; and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue. Collaborate with distributed engineering, DevOps, analytics, and architecture teams on cloud modernization, schema design, query optimization, and reliable data operations.
