Troubleshoot SQL and NoSQL queries across multiple databases, support client implementations and enrollment updates, coordinate telephony operations, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams. The role also involves React and DynamoDB development, documentation, Git workflows, testing, and operational support for contact center technology.

Guide multiple Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release coordination, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, support PI and capacity planning, and improve delivery using metrics and retrospectives. Coach team members and junior Scrum Masters while partnering with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable software services.

Administer and optimize SQL Server and AWS database environments, including performance tuning, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, and incident response. Build automation with PowerShell, SQL Agent, Terraform, and CloudFormation; support database deployments and release management; and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue. Collaborate with distributed engineering, DevOps, analytics, and architecture teams on cloud modernization, schema design, query optimization, and reliable data operations.
