Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work Location: - Gurugram.
• Work Scheduled: - Candidate should be flexible to work as per client need.
• Specific Requirement: - 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting from targeted companies only-Manfacturing and Automotive.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (online platforms, social media, networking) to identify and connect with candidates possessing specific skills for niche positions.
• Implement targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to cultivate talent communities.
• Conduct and present market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Pre-screen candidates, maintain accurate records using ATS, and share insights with hiring teams
• Hands on Experience in using Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and platform like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
• 3+ years' experience in sourcing or recruiting from Manufacturing and Automotive Industries
• Deep understanding of specific industry or markets

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining)
• End to End experience in Sourcing from targeted companies-Manfacturing and Automotive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, market analysis, and data management skills
• Aptitude for creative problem-solving and continuous learning
• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets
