Position Summary
You will represent GSK to healthcare professionals across Taiwan. You will build trusted relationships with clinicians, share scientific evidence clearly, and support patient care through informed conversations. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues including medical, access, and marketing teams. We value curiosity, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals to share clinical evidence and improve patient care.
  • Plan and conduct high-quality field visits and educational meetings in hospitals and clinics.
  • Use clinical and market insights to inform local plans and contribute to team targets.
  • Work closely with internal partners to ensure aligned, compliant execution of activities.
  • Record and report field activities accurately using CRM and other tools.
  • Represent GSK with integrity, following local regulations and company standards.

Why You?
Working arrangement
This role is on-site across assigned territories in Taiwan with regular travel to hospitals and clinics. Hybrid arrangements are not available for this field-based position.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or field experience engaging healthcare professionals.
  • Good understanding of clinical data and ability to communicate scientific information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Full working proficiency in Mandarin and good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience working in hospital or specialist settings.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical device field roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage local business plans.
  • Training or experience in therapeutic area relevant to the role.
  • Basic data literacy and ability to use insights to adjust field activity.
